Windows 7 is not supporting Steam

As the title suggests the subject with the same problem I'm doing here on this particular issue. I have Windows 7 using the computer. I installed Steam on the computer of mine and I found that the steam appears to be zero. I've tried lots of tricks and adjustments, but there seems to be working at all for me. Any help on this particular issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance

There could be several reasons that could be the root cause of the problem you are getting. You must answer the following questions that might be useful to solve the problem yourself. Can you tell me about the hardware and software configuration of the computer? Have you made any changes to the team? Let me know which antivirus and firewall installed on your computer. Answering these questions as soon as possible.

In addition to questions on this particular topic may be associated with several factors. While these factors are bad programming, problems with the server or the bandwidth of Internet connections in use. So you have to search all the above factors to determine the exact cause of the problem. Let me know if you've managed to discover the root cause, so I can let you know about the possible solution to fix.
