    Snapchat is an interesting addition,while it's not designed to be a video messenger like say,Skype is,they recently added the feature,and there's a good chance that you and your friends are already using the app together anyhow.A fun, fresh and popular app to talk to each other face-to-face,there's not more to Snapchat than just these video calls and disappearing photos.

    And what about Zangi?

    This is a screenshots during video calls at the same conditions and same device.

    Zangi provides resolution up to 720p on good network. But video calls also works with with weak and overloaded Wi-Fi or 2G/EDGE networks.

    You can easaly find and try Zangi app in Google Play Market or Apple Store
