Windows 8.1 keep saying Checking for updates

I had updated my system to Windows 8.1. The update was fine. At last the system restarted and I got a notification of pending update. Now this notification appear every time when I turn on my system. I am just constantly getting p popup that there are pending updates. This is quiet weird and I am unable to figure out why this thing keeps on appearing. There must be something which is causing problem. It is almost a day the updates must be installed.

Update is always buggy. It is recommended to install things from scratch whenever you are shifting to a new version of Windows.

This is like formatting your pc and installing everything back again from scratch. I had did this last time and faced so many issues. Then I manage to get a Windows 8.1 disc and installed everything from scratch and it worked. I am having a stable system now.

Just go on the official website and download fresh updates manually. Install them one by one in your pc and reboot. Then check back for the update. This issue will be resolved. The problem appear due to Windows Update service. After upgrade due to some old components or damage system files this kind of issue appear. You have to simply install them manually and done the system will work fine.
