The OneNOte app is finally going to be free for all platform including windows PC desktop and even Mac version. Microsoft has introduced the OneNote for Mac that too for free which has been a request from the Mac users from a very long time. The OneNote would work in the same way like the windows client in the Mac, with OneDrive cloud support and other tools of the OneNote. OneNote would be available for PC, Mac, Windows tablets, Windows Phone, iPad, iPhone, Android and the Web. If you are a paid member you would get to access some premium features of OneNote.


OneNote is a note taking application with many amazing features like the OneNote Clipper that lets you clip web pages, Office Lens for taking down the documents and whiteboards with the windows phone and a lot more. You can mail the notes to OneNote and also now it comes with cloud API that lets any application to connect to it. You can now also send blogs and articles form News360 and other apps. Document scanning is possible via Brother, Epson, Doxie Go and Neat. It has other features like scanning notebooks into OneNote with ModNotebooks, connecting via IFTTT etc.

OneNote has now become a fully featured app especially with the additions of cloud API that would address huge crowds. The new additions are really wonderful and make the app all the more useful.
