As we all known Google has alreadt released Android 4.3 last month and the first device to get the update was Google's own Nexus 4. Now lets start the process. Follow the below process properly to install Android 4.3 Jellybean on Nexus 4:
  • Start by unzipping the update package in a folder on your Desktop.
  • Now rename the Android 4.3 ROM package to "" (without quotes) and copy it to the same folder on your desktop.
  • Now type CMD in windows start menu, right click CMD and select "Run as Administrator"
  • Type "C:\mini-sdk" (without quotes) in command prompt and press Enter.
  • Now turn off the phone. Boot it into fastboot mode and then do recovery. In recovery you would get several options, select apply update from ADB option.
  • Wait until you get a notification on the phone's display like this "send the package you want to apply to the device with ' adbsideload<filename>""
  • Once you get the message, type in "adbsideload" in the command prompt.
  • Now let the process go itself, you will receive several message on your phone's display. Just dont do anything, keep patience and let the process go.

Once done, your phone will reboot itself. You are done. The update is not very hard. Make sure you full all the basic requirement before the update itself. Also you need not worry about losing your data. But for safety purpose it is better to back up your data. Also this update can be used only on stock recovery and also you would be able to update on unlocked bootloader.
