After Nokia’s ‘Asha Series’ and Samsung’s ‘Rex Series’, karbonn Mobile also added two new budget smartphones to entry level series, that are ‘Karbonn A3’ and ‘Karbonn A4’. The costs of these smartphone are Rs. 3,660 and Rs. 4,990 respectively. Lets check out the devices individually in details:

Karbonn A3:

Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system Karbonn A3 features 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touch Touch screen display offering 320 x 480 pixels resolutions. No matter it is entry level phone running on old gingerbread OS, A3 is powered by 1 GHz processor which makes quite powerful for smoother performance. Furthermore it is a DUAL SIM mobile phone and comes with 256MB of RAM, 3 Megapixel rear camera as well as VGAfront facing camera which means it allows you to make video calls as well. As per storage, karbonn A3 comes with just 155MB built-in Memory but it can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card. Running on 1400 mAh battery the device also sounds good in connectivity options with support of 2G EDGE/GPRS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth.

Karbonn A4:

This is the second device launched with A3. The only thing that makes it superior compared to Karbonn A3 is its Screen and Camera, rest of all specifications is equal in both devices. Karbonn A4 features 4.0-inch capacitive touch screen display with 320 x 480 pixels resolutions. This is also a Dual SIM phone with 3.2 Megapixel Camera are rear and a VGA camera at front for making video calls. A4 is also powered with 1GHz Processor and 256MB RAM. There is just 104 MB built-in storage which is expandable upto 32GB using SD Card. Running with Android 2.3 Gingerbread you get 2G EDGE/GPRS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth for connectivity and file transfer.
