Best Android phones under Rs 20,000 INR

There was a time when there were many option at just below Rs 20,000, but now the best devices are either more luxurious or way cheaper. However, here are the five devices in this range that make for a good buy:

    LG Optimus Black (Rs 19,500)

This is the best Android phone in the range of 20,000 rupees. LG Optimus Black has a slim, elegant and clean, and comes with a 5 megapixel camera, 4 inch at the screen change, and the ability to record video 720 pixels as well. Key has a gyroscope motion control and direct WiFi for the different devices to communicate with each other without having to connect to WiFi access points. LG Optimus Black comes with a 1 GHz OMAP 3630 processor and has a minimalist design, which explains that only weighs 109 grams. The phone is extremely sophisticated. Its light and proximity sensors are not strong and the only thing visible is the front with ease before the camera. This phone can handle almost anything except heavy duty play. The speaker phone volume and clarity are good and the sound quality is good overall. There are also Bluetooth. The only drawback of the phone is its battery life is good, not great.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray (Rs 18,500)

This is one of the latest devices from Sony Ericsson Android. It has a sleek and stylish design, the latest Android 2.3 and a 1 GHz Scorpion. The other attractive part is its 8.1 megapixel camera primary Exmor imaging technology from Sony, which claims to be one of the best cameras in the business. It also records HD video and comes with a flash. The phone has a VGA secondary camera for video calls. The 3.3 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, though small against the current generation of smart phones with big screens, is attractive, with the technology of Sony Bravia engine screen. The ability of the music is good, as expected from a phone from Sony. Overall this phone is a good combination of proven technologies from one of the best in the industry. However, some may find the price too high at Rs 18,500.

    HTC Wildfire S (Rs 13,500)

This phone is the previously released HTC Wildfire. However, Wildfire S, HTC has connected the gaps in its predecessor, the new device has enhanced screen resolution and a better processor. The Wildfire S is a touchscreen mobile phone that comes with the latest version of the Android operating system, Gingerbread (Android 2.3). It is a TFT screen with resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, but is one step ahead of the miserable 240 x 320 pixel resolution of forest fires. Like other HTC devices, the Wildfire S is also adorned with the user interface Sense of ownership that brings new features such as setting improved the notification bar and drawer application updates according to the downloaded items. In addition, the characteristic Friend Stream on the user interface provides all the updates from your friends on social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Flickr together in a single screen. A 5 megapixel camera is loaded into the approach and capabilities Wildfire S alongwith auto flash LED. Other features are fairly standard on all Android devices include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc. S Wildfire is definitely a good buy at that price.
