How is Gaming performance with eVGA GeForce GTX 465 graphics card

I love playing games on PC rather on PS3 or Xbox consoles. Hence i always keep upgrading my system. recently i bought a evga gtx 465 graphics card. After installing the graphics card I was checking how it is working with game but this graphics card disappointed me. I found very poor performance with the same. I even tried updating graphics card and all but still the same poor performance.

Is anyone else using this card ? How you getting performance with this card ? Or is this problem with just me ? If yes, could you guys recommend me some solution ?

For your reference, my system configuration is as follows:

    • CPU: Intel Core I5
    • Motherboard: Asus Maximus Extreme-z
    • RAM: WD 6 GB 667 MHz
    • HDD: Seagate 320Gb
    • Graphics Card: evga gtx 465 1Gb
    • PSU: 1500 w

    Please help

Nope, you are not alone in this. Even I am using evga gtx 465 on my Gigabyte z77x-UD3H mobo. When I checked on directx 11 benchmark the average shows me 45 fps and on 3dmark06 my graphics card score 3200 points. This is not high on graphics but also not too in lower end graphics. But for some workaround i'll suggest you to and open command prompt and type winsat formal. Press Enter. This will help you to update your system files. Lets see if it works.

You guys are actually correct. I have experienced the same card and i wasn't happy with it. Whenever I used to play the games i wasn't get enough good graphics as i should have got. It was just a waste of money. There is good solution for the same yet on internet also. So what you do is just wait for some fixes or kind of patch for the same or simply buy a new card like i did.
