How to add Gestures to any Android device

Gestures are fastest way of executing any tasks. Now, there are few Android smartphones and tablet that comes with Gesture support but there are only few and all that is because of its operating system features. Can we add Gestures to our Android devices? Of course Yes.

There is an application called "Gravity Gestures" that lets you assign tasks with Gestures on any smartphone or tablet. The only requirement for the app to work is your Android device must have accelerometer and gyroscope. Most of the devices today come with these sensors built-in because it is required to accept the device's motions.

So, a free application 'Gravity Gestures' which is just 2MB in size lets you assign several gestures. You can assign Camera launch, Turn on Flash, Toggle Bluetooth or WiFi, open Settings panel and much more. You can also assign any application launch with gestures. Let's see how.

    Configuring Gravity Gestures:

    • First of all Download and install Gravity Gesture on your Android Device.
    • Slide the Red bar on the top right to turn on the Gestures.
    • Now tap Floating Plus button at the bottom right to assign new gesture task.
    • Now select Rotation X, Y, Z or shake to use for tasks assignment.
    • Select the Task on next screen for which you want to assign the same.

    That's all. You are done.

Thanks for sharing this Tutorial buddy. I am using a similar app called 'GMD GestureControl'. It works pretty good but that requires Root access to the device. I will suggest people with Rooted phone to use GMD, but if you are not Rooted than Gravity Gesture is much better.
