Couple of weeks ago I bought a Fatility headset from Creative. It worked for days but now some arises. Problem is not the matter I want to discuss here; I want some suggestion about RMA process of creative. As its been about 2 months I bought this headset, hence I dint remember where I have kept it box, manuals, serials etc… The headset is not at all working now. I tried going for RMA but they need the box and all that I don’t have now. What should I do? Is this means I need to buy another or I need to pay for the repair?
