Getting error in zynga slingo "devil must be playing"

This has happened in two separate game cards. I get close to finishing a card with the new high score and the spins won't stop. I refreshed so many times and kept letting the devil error come. I've refreshed my entire browser by closing it out and opening a new one. I've tried clicking power ups hoping it'd help. I've spent so many FBC in this game that it's getting irritating that I can't even enjoy the game anymore since the numbers just keep spinning and I can't even finish a card now! How can this be fixed?

I also just got this message. I had just started the game, the first spin. It spun forever and then came the devil message. Usually it will reload and the angel comes and says she saved my progress...not this time, it went back to the page where you choose what you want to play. I DIDN'T even get my credits back to full! I believe it was one of the games that cost 21 Power!
