Am not able to install OR update Metro Apps in Windows 8 Consumer Preview

Hello, I recently installed Windows 8 CP. Due to some reason I tried to update my Metro Apps but whenever I tried to do the same, I received an error saying “Something happened and this app couldn't be installed. Please try again”. I have looked this error message on event viewer and I have found A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint and I have got this issue due to termination of the connection. Although I don’t have any issue while connecting internet on my system. Can anyone help me out to fix this problem?

I have found solution to solve this issue; you are getting this issue due to incorrect date and time. Hence I would like to suggest you to set correct date and time on your system. Thatís it. Now you can install the updates or metro applications without any problem.

First of all you need to check if you are in any corporate or domain environment. If you are in corporate or domain, you need to check if your proxy settings are having autoproxy enabled. If yes, check the proxy bypass settings. This should make any difference
