Nokia unveiled their first 3 Android based smartphones back in February out of which Nokia X was launched in the market last month and was a big hit. Nokia today unveiled the elder brother as well of Nokia X, i.e. Nokia XL. Yes, Nokia XL is now launched officially in the market at the price of Rs. 11,500/- in six different colors including Yellow, Green, Cyan, Orange, Black and White colors.

Nokia XL is actually a phablet featuring 5 inch capacitive touch screen display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It is a Dual SIM phone running on Nokia X software platform based on AOSP Android 4.1. Nokia has powered XL with 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 play (MSM8225) processor accompanied by 768MB RAM which is quite good for performance.


Furthermore, users also get a 5 Megapixel rear camera with Auto Focus and a 2 Megapixel front-facing camera for video calling.
