    Windows 7 infected with SpyHunter, how to remove

    Want help to remove SpyHunter. It is in my system and it keeps on popping up on the screen. I searched on web and found that this is some kind of fake antivirus. I cannot remove it from the Control Panel. It is not available for removal there. I want to get rid of this. It is quiet annoying and constantly popup on the screen due to which i am not able to work as well as concerned about security stuffs. So, somebody here please tell me how can i get rid of this annoying thing.

    It is a fake antivirus. It is very annoying and very hard to remove. First backup your entire system data. Copy your files and then install Malwarebytes.

    Boot your system in safe mode and scan your pc. Scan it number of time till you get a final notification that this fake tool is removed. You can use different antivirus programs to remove it.

    There is one tool which can help you to get rid of this tool. Download Revo uninstaller. It is a free software. I am using this from long time to remove many unwanted programs. Most of this fake tools are quiet smart and not easy to uninstall. It remain in your system constantly and keeps on eating system resources. Just try Revo. If it is not going then try system restore also.

    I had gone through a series of thread on web about this. Many are saying that even if you remove it comes back. For completely wiping it out you have to run system restore and then scan your system in safe mode.

    System restore helps you to get a temporary solution by having your old settings back. But it does not remove the malware files. So scan your system in safe mode.
