    HP reveals ElitePad 1000 and ProPad 600 Windows 8.1 business tablets

    World is moving ahead with new technology devices at MWC 2014, however the real surprise came with the announcement of HP. HP will launch two new Windows 8.1 tablet in the market which will be added to their tablet business portfolio. HP is going to launch HP ElitePad 1000 and HP ProPad 600 tablet in March and April this year. Both HP ElitePad 1000 and HP ProPad 600 will operate on new Windows 8.1 but the specification has slight differences.

    HP ElitePad 1000 will run on 64 bit of Windows 8.1 OS and has display of 10.1 inch WUXGA display. To protect the display it is given the protection of Gorilla glass 3. Under the hoods, HP ElitePad 1000 is powered with Intel Atom processor and 4GB RAM so from the specs you can make out how powerful this tablet going to be. Along with the powerful engine it also has 8MP camera at rear and 2.1 MP camera at front and both can record video of 1080p resolution. Inbuilt storage of the tablet is 64 and 128 GB depending upon the preference of user and further is expandable with the help of microSD card.


    HP ProPad 600 also runs on 32/64bit OS of Windows 8.1 and with the display of WUXGA 10.1 inch. Gorilla Glass 3 is given for protection of display and performance of the phone will depend on powerful Intel Atom Z3775 processor for 32 bit and Intel Atom Z3795 processor for 64 bit. Depending upon the processor 2GB and 4 GB RAM is installed in the tablet. HP ProPad 600 has 8MP camera at rear and 2.1MP camera at front. When we talk about the storage it has 32/64GB inbuilt storage and is expandable with the help of microSD card.


    Pricing of the tablets is not confirmed but it has been confirmed that within March and April both the tablet will be launched in the market.
