Intex today launched another member of its Aqua series named as "Intex Aqua Curve". The phone is now available in the market at the said price of Rs. 12,490 in three different colors, i.e. Blue, Black and Red colors. It is a phablet with large 5-inch qHD capacitive OGS curved touch screen display offering 960 × 540 pixels resolution.
Running on Android 4.2 JellyBean Operating system Intex Aqua Curve is a Dual SIM phone with Dual Standby. Intex has powered the phone with 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and 1GB of RAM making the phone quite good for multitasking and smooth performance. It comes with internal 4GB memory out of which only 1.7GB is available for users access and rest is consumed with the system applications. However, there is an expandable memory slot supporting MicroSD Card upto 32GB.
Intex Aqua Curve has an 8 Megapixel rear camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash allowing you to capture high quality pictures and videos. Users also get a 2 Megapixel front-facing camera for making video calls and conferencing. As per connectivity the phone supports 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth with A2DP. The phone is running on 2000 mAh battery from which we can expect battery backup upto 5 to 7 hours.
