As announced earlier, Nokia today officially launched yet another budget Lumia form in India, Lumia 525. It is a mid ranged smartphone at affordable price running on Windows Phone 8 with Lumia Black update. Lumia 525 features a 4-inch IPS touch screen display offering 800 x 480 pixels resolution at 235 ppi for better output.

The phone comes in 4 different attractive colors including White, Yellow, Matte Black and Orange. Nokia has powered the phone with 1GB of RAM, 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU and Adreno 305 GPU which not only makes the good in performance and multitasking but also in gaming performance. As we known most of the Android game developers have already turn to Windows platform and released several games for lumia devices as well.


Lumia 525 also comes with 5 Megapixel rear camera with Auto Focus capable to record high quality pictures and HD 720p video recording. Unfortunately there is no front facing camera for video calling. As per storage we get 8 GB built-in memory with an expansion memory slot supporting upto 64GB microSD card. In terms of connectivity it supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS / aGPS and Bluetooth 4.0.
