How to delete Live account from any Windows 8 PC

I want some help to wipe out the old live account. I had created a new one. I went in the settings but cannot find anything. The live account is still activated. I had also tried system restore which did not help. I want to add a new account. The old has tons of spam due to which I had discontinued it. Can anyone help me to find settings through which I can get rid of this thing? I need some help on it.

You have to delete your user account for that. They both are the same. Your live account is linked with the user account and it is also automatically configured to outlook. So if you wipe it out it will also remove the mail settings and old mails in your system. So do it wisely. You can find settings to remove that somewhere in the control panel. Look for user account and then in that look for advance settings.

Complete factory restore will do the job. This process is like re-installing windows back again from scratch. You have to run a full recovery and then test back. This might help you in fixing the problem you are facing.

So boot your system and then hit the recovery key on start. This will wipe out the entire settings and restore OS. Do not forget to take your data backup before doing this thing.

Windows 8 has an option to remove the old account and you can then add a new one. This is a bit complicated process. There are two ways to get rid of the account. First you can wipe out all the files associated with the email or just remove the mail id. For go in User Accounts. There you can see Setting. Inside that you can find another User Account icon. Click on Manage another account and then choose the user that you want to delete. Delete it and done.

Method 2: To delete the live account completely.

    a. Login to http://account.live.com/
