    Lava launches Iris 356, Iris 402 and Iris 349 Plus budget smartphones starting from Rs. 3,499

    Lava has unveiled 3 new smartphones in India recently Ė the IRIS 356, 402, and 349+. All the three handset has some features common in them and some highlights too. All three are android handset and ranges from 4k to 6k in price.

    The Lava IRIS 356 is an android smartphone with 3.5inch HVGA display. The display is not very great but is good enough providing average viewing capacity. The phone runs on android 4.2 giving access to wide range of apps and games. There are quite good inbuilt apps and games available too. This is a dual sim handset letting you enjoy two different networks on the go. You can easily switch between them. The handset has a 1.2GHz dual core processor. No doubt, itís superfast in processing. Apps open and run in no time delay. It has a 1.3MP rear camera and RAM of 256MB. Internal storage space of 512MB is available. The handset is priced at Rs.4,199/-


    Lava IRIS 402 comes with 4-inch WVGA display that is slightly bigger than IRIS 356. The CPU in this handset is 1.2GHz dual-core which is quite fast and helps in good performance of phone. It has the same OS as Iris 356. The phone has a better camera - 3MP rear camera compared to the 356. RAM and internal memory of the handset is same as the iris 356.The 1500 mAh battery gives an average battery backup. IRIS 402 is available at INR 5,199.

    The new Lava IRIS 349+ same display size as the IRIS 356. Itís more or less similar to the iris 356 in many ways. The Lava IRIS 349+ is processed by 1GHz processor. It has a RAM of 256MB . It runs of Android 2.3 which is an old version. The phone also comes with 1,400 mAh battery providing an average backup. The good thing about the phone is that itís a dual-SIM support handset. The 2MP rear camera gives average clicks. IRIS 349+ is price at Rs.3,499/-

    All three are average android handset with average performance but of course low budget smartphones.
