Canvas series of smartphone have been huge success for Indian Manufacturer Micromax so far. After the success of Canvas 2 and Canvas HD Micromax is ready with its next hit named as “Canvas 4”. We have seen it several times in introduction commercial video showing just the side and back side of the device which is surrounded with the metallic body just like Apple iPhone. According to the video the device was set for pre-order starting June 28th. Well it is now online at Saholic for the preorder.

However there is no confirmation so far from Micromax about the specification but keeping the power of Canvas HD in mine, and according to the details provided by saholic the new Canvas 4 will be powered with 1.7GHz Quad-Core processor accompanied with 2GB of RAM. From other sources it is said to be coming with 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6589 Quad Core processor along with 1GB of RAM. However this will be confirmed soon in next few days. Apart from this, Canvas 4 will feature a large 5 Inch HD 720p display with 13 megapixel rear camera from which we can surely expect HD video recording and high quality video. There is also a 5 megapixel front facing camera for making video calls in high quality as well.

As per storage it may come with 16GB built-in storage which can be expanded upto 64GB using MicroSD Card. Also it is not confirmed whether Canvas 4 will be running on Android 4.1 or 4.2 but surely it will come with JellyBean operating system.
