It is not really costly but it is also not worth for advance. The device will be cooler for those who just need to use android for basic surfing and chatting purpose. The battery output is also not great. There are ample of models available at that price range. My friend is having Micromax Bolt A27 which he bought for Rs.3499. It is a dual sim device with Gingerbread and seems to be much better than these devices.

If you leave Android then there are ample of choices left. And when you keeping android on top priority then it is essential that you buy a good device. Google play here offers tons of application for download. Now if you go for a low range phone you cannot take benefit of it. If you are not really looking to buy android device then there are more options for you available such as Nokia Asha. You can buy more featured devices with better features.
