DmC: Devil May Cry 5 Bug

hey Guys,
I m in mission 16 in DmC: Devil May cry..!
i have to enter in a lift and after few minutes the door of the lift should be opened
but the lift isn't opening :-\
i m stuck there any help please?

how do i continue from there?
anyone has a save data of mission 17 ?

and i have already tried restarting the whole level and restarting the game but i get stuck here every time please help me anybody?

Hello xXomairXx, I think the problem is with your system and not with the game because (though i haven't reached mission 16) i've seen few videos of Mission 16 i dint found one video showing up this video. Actually there is a cinematic clip of the game when the lift opens. And i have seen many times where game freezes or gives many problems just before or after cinematic clips in every games. You can also see this in the video below:

SO, what i can suggest you is decrease the game resolution, restart the PC as well as game and see if still you get the same problem. I think you will not get it again.

Yeah, he is correct. There is no such bug in the game anywhere. Anyways, i have just completed mission 16. So i can give you the save game until now. I guess if you load this save, you can start Mission 17 right away. So download the attachment and give it a try.

I downloaded the save games but where do i copy it to can you please write destination for save games ididnot find it in the documents.....

I guess you are playing it on XP, right? Follow the given solution. It will work
